Biratnagar, Aug. 13: Police have held a youth with narcotics from the Rani Customs checkpoint at Biratnagar Sub-Metropolitan City-21. The arrested is 33-year-old Tilak Thapa of Dharan-19, Sunsari. He was apprehended while trying to smuggle in the narcotics from Jogbani, an Indian town near the Nepal-India border, according to the East Region Police Office, Biratnagar. Police confiscated 72 units of Spasmoproxivin and 10 tablets of Nitroson from his possession.
