Nepalgunj, Aug. 1: A Neonatal Intensive-Care Unit (NICU) has been brought into operation at Bheri Zonal Hospital, Banke. According to the hospital, the service was brought into operation after KAICA, a Korean organisation, provided financial for the same. The NICU has 10 beds.

Children suffering from different diseases and health problems including anemia, jaundice, pneumonia, respiratory and low weight are treatment at the NICU.
