Kathmandu, Aug. 5: Energy Minister Radha Gywali left here this evening for Bangladesh on a five-day official visit at the invitation of her Bangladeshi counterpart.


She is accompanied by Energy Ministry’s Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Keshabdhwaj Adhikari, senior officers of Nepal Electricity Authority and Chief Executive Officer of Hydropower Investment and Development Company Deepak Rauniyar.


The Energy Minister’s visit would focus on the discussions on matters relating to promotion of mutual assistance for hydropower development in Nepal and Bangladesh and seeking possibilities to that end, it is learnt. RSS
