Khajura (Banke), Aug 9: A person died and another was injured in a road accident at Mahadevpuri-5 in Banke district last night. The accident took place when a motorbike (Bhe 4 Pa 8029) heading to Kohalpur from Dhakeri hit a parked trolley (Bhe 1 Ta 1253) at the place.

 

Motorcyclist Deepak Chand of Kanchanpur died on the spot while pillion rider Prakash Bharati of Rolpa was critically injured, Kohalpur Area Police Office said. Injured Bharati is undergoing treatment at the Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital.
